Being "Clueless" Is No Longer an Excuse:
Infusing "The Work" into Everyday Practices

Too often we indentify ourselves or others as “clueless” and remove any responsibility for personal, interpersonal, and institutional change. In this session we will identify concrete ways to move from “clueless” to “increasingly informed” and to apply that knowledge to daily work tasks and decision-making.
